Shipping

As we are shipping mostly live plants, we try to shorten the shipping duration by avoiding parcel-in-transit over the weekends. Thus, orders received last week will be packed and ship-out on Monday and Tuesday (except weeks with holidays, where we will adjust accordingly) so that they are delivered on the same week.

The cut-off time for same week packing & delivery is before 12 noon on every Tuesday. All order received after that time will ship the following Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Orders are usually delivered starting Tuesday to Saturday depending on receivers’ address and order placement day. Please expect delivery schedule disruptions in weeks with holidays when delivery services are closed.

We ship all year round to the whole of Malaysia, except on certain holidays when we are closed which we will notify on our page.

Note: For East Malaysia orders, we will follow our stated shipping and cutoff date for order placement, we can’t guarantee on delivery date, as this is depend on transporters’ schedule. Please consider this factor when placing your orders.

Special shipping request:

If you want to order for special events such as wedding, you can always request for a specific delivery date when placing your order. Just put your request in the comment section during checkout.

In order to ensure availability of stocks, sufficient lead time for packing and on-time delivery for the special event, please place your order much in advance to the event date, to prevent disappointment. We prefer two to three months lead time for big special order or event order.

No International Shipping

Due to the strict import and export regulations on rooted plants, we are currently not able to offer international shipping.
